Refund and Exchange Policy

At Trip Ifeza Tours LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with flexibility and peace of mind when it comes to travel bookings and experience vouchers. Our Refund and Exchange Policy ensures your satisfaction and a seamless booking journey.

Voucher Exchange

Your Trip Ifeza Tours voucher offers access to a wide range of exceptional experiences.

1. You can exchange your voucher for any other experience of the same or lower value available on our website during the voucher’s validity period.
2. To upgrade to an experience of higher value, simply cover the price difference at the time of the exchange.
3. The new voucher issued after the exchange will retain the same validity as the original voucher.
4. Exchanges are only applicable for valid and unredeemed vouchers.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where adjustments to your booking are required. Please review the following terms for refunds:

1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Fees: Any delivery or administrative fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable.

Special Conditions for Refunds

1. Promotions, Flash Sales, and Coupon Codes:

Vouchers purchased during promotions or using coupon codes are non-refundable in cash. Refunds for these purchases will be issued as credit vouchers only.

2. Reward or Loyalty Points:

If loyalty points were earned on the purchase, refunds will also be issued as credit vouchers.

3. Orders with Free Gifts:

For orders that include free gifts (e.g., complimentary experiences like Falconry, Quad Bike Rides etc), the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the cost of the free gift.

4. Service Charges:

Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or other processing charges incurred during the transaction. These charges will be communicated clearly at the time of the refund request.

5. Orders Paid with Credit Vouchers or Gift Cards:

Any purchase made using credit vouchers or gift cards is eligible for a refund only in the form of a credit voucher. Refunds to other payment methods are not applicable.

Exceptions to the 7-Day Refund Policy

Refund requests may still be eligible after the 7-day period under the following circumstances:

1. If the experience is canceled, rescheduled, or unavailable at the initially booked time.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

1. Refunds are applicable only for unused and unredeemed vouchers.
2. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds cannot be processed through alternative payment methods.
